Effective: March 23, 2015 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 378 - 130th General Assembly A member of the underground technical committee who has a conflict of interest in a particular review under section 4913.15 of the Revised Code shall declare the conflict to the committee and recuse self from committee discussions and voting regarding that review.
