Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The board of building standards, in accordance with Chapters 119., 3781., and 3791. of the Revised Code, shall adopt, amend, or repeal such rules as may be reasonably necessary to administer this chapter. All fees collected by the board pursuant to this chapter shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the industrial compliance operating fund created in section 121.084 of the Revised Code.
