Effective: December 7, 2006 Latest Legislation: ENACTEDBYINITIATIVEPETITION-ISSUE5 - 126th General Assembly Smoke Free Indoor Air Fund.There is hereby created in the state treasury the smoke free indoor air fund. All fines collected pursuant to this chapter and any grant, contribution, or other moneys received by the department of health for the purposes of this chapter shall be credited to the smoke free indoor air fund and used solely for the purposes of this chapter.
