Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A certificate, assignment, or conveyance executed in pursuance of law by the superintendent of insurance with the seal of his office affixed thereto shall be received as evidence and may be recorded in the same manner and with like effect as a deed duly acknowledged by an officer authorized by law. In all cases copies of papers in the office of the superintendent, certified by him under the seal of his office, are equal to the original as evidence.
