Effective: November 11, 1965 Latest Legislation: House Bill 561 - 106th General Assembly At any time, the board of directors of a domestic insurance company may, by resolution, provide that in the event of an emergency, as described in section 3901.27 of the Revised Code, the home office or principal place of business of the company shall be at such location as is named or described in the resolution. Such resolution may provide for alternate locations and establish an order of preference.
