Effective: June 29, 1994 Latest Legislation: House Bill 89 - 120th General Assembly The superintendent of insurance may adopt rules, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, to carry out the purposes of sections 3901.61 to 3901.65 of the Revised Code, including a rule regarding the standards of acceptability of letters of credit and other forms of security for purposes of division (C) of section 3901.63 of the Revised Code.
