Effective: June 18, 2002 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 171 - 124th General Assembly The department of insurance shall forward a copy of any written notice received from any insurance company or health insuring corporation domiciled in this state that the insurer or health insuring corporation will be late in making the filing of any quarterly or annual financial statement, required under Title XXXIX or Chapter 1751. of the Revised Code, to the board of directors of the insurer or health insuring corporation required to file the financial statement. The department shall also provide the board the date on which the department received the notice.
