Effective: September 29, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 66 - 126th General Assembly Upon request or in any other circumstance that the superintendent of insurance determines to be appropriate, the superintendent may issue certificates of compliance to insurance companies and associations authorized to do business in this state, which shall be on either forms established by the national association of insurance commissioners or on such other forms as the superintendent may prescribe.
