Effective: January 1, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 339 - 133rd General Assembly (A) No qualified health plan shall provide coverage for a nontherapeutic abortion. (B) As used in this section: (1) 'Nontherapeutic abortion' has the same meaning as in section 9.04 of the Revised Code. (2) 'Qualified health plan' means any qualified health plan as defined in section 1301 of the 'Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act,' 42 U.S.C. 18021, offered in this state through an exchange created under that act.
