Effective: March 3, 1996 Latest Legislation: House Bill 374 - 121st General Assembly Unless otherwise provided, all notices sent to an insurer by the superintendent of insurance that may result in regulatory action under sections 3903.81 to 3903.93 of the Revised Code shall be effective upon dispatch if transmitted by registered or certified mail. Any other notice transmitted shall be effective upon the insurer's receipt of the notice.
