Effective: July 30, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 3 - 130th General Assembly No person shall act as, perform the duties of, or hold one's self out to be an in-person assister unless that person is either a licensed insurance agent certified to sell insurance through an exchange under section 3905.47 of the Revised Code or an insurance navigator certified under section 3905.471 of the Revised Code.
