Effective: October 9, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 730 - 123rd General Assembly Upon the surrender, suspension, or revocation of a surety bail bond agent's license, the appointing insurer or managing general agent immediately shall designate a licensed and appointed surety bail bond agent to administer all bail bonds previously written by the licensee.
