Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All companies organized under any law of this state shall continue to be corporations for the purpose for which they were chartered, but they shall be subject to all the provisions, requirements, and penalties imposed on companies organized under sections 3907.01 to 3907.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code, and shall be entitled to all the benefits and privileges of such sections and sections 3911.01 to 3911.24, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
