Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If a company, partnership, or association, organized without this state, neglects or refuses to make annual statements, all persons acting in this state as its agents, or otherwise, in transacting the business of insurance, shall be subject to the penalties provided by law in case of the failure of an insurance company organized under the laws of this state to make an annual statement.
