Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 3911.17 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than two hundred dollars.(B) Whoever violates section 3911.18 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both; in addition such person shall pay the costs of the prosecution.(C) Whoever violates section 3911.20 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both; in addition such person shall pay the costs of the prosecution.(D) Whoever violates section 3911.23 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars and may be imprisoned not more than six months.
