Effective: September 16, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 370 - 122nd General Assembly Any action challenging the validity of, or arising out of, actions taken or proposed to be taken in connection with a reorganization under sections 3913.25 to 3913.38 of the Revised Code shall be commenced no later than thirty days after the effective date of the reorganization.
