Effective: October 23, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 16 - 119th General Assembly Within six months after the effective date of this section, the superintendent of insurance shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to carry out the purposes of sections 3915.21 to 3915.24 of the Revised Code. The rules shall include criteria for the payment of accelerated benefits, disclosure requirements, and actuarial standards.
