Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No agent of any corporation, company, or association described in section 3919.21 of the Revised Code shall transact business in this state without being first regularly appointed by such organization and without being licensed by a certificate of authority issued by the superintendent of insurance.
