Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Each corporation, company, or association described in section 3919.21 of the Revised Code annually after its admittance to transact business in this state, on or before the first day of March, shall make and file in the office of the superintendent of insurance a statement, in the form required by the superintendent, of its business for the twelve months next preceding the thirty-first day of December of the preceding year.
