Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The treasurer of any association or class described in section 3919.39 of the Revised Code which avails itself of the benefits of sections 3919.16 to 3919.38, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall give bond in the manner provided for treasurers of mutual benefit companies, such bond to be conditioned, approved, and renewed as by such treasurer.
