§ 3923.22

Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any person, partnership, or corporation adversely affected by an order, finding, or determination of the superintendent of insurance may appeal to the court of common pleas of Franklin county in accordance with sections 119.01 to 119.13, inclusive, of the Revised Code. Said sections are also applicable to sections 3923.01 to 3923.22 inclusive, of the Revised Code.
