Effective: January 31, 1992 Latest Legislation: House Bill 490 - 119th General Assembly (A) Each issuer of medicare supplement policies or certificates in this state shall provide a copy of any medicare supplement advertisement intended for use in this state, whether through written or electronic media, to the superintendent of insurance for review and approval.(B) The superintendent shall adopt rules to carry out the purposes of this section.
