Effective: June 30, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 374 - 122nd General Assembly Any insurer may reinsure coverage of any individual or nonemployer group acquired under section 3923.58 or 3923.581 of the Revised Code with the open enrollment reinsurance program in accordance with division (G) of section 3924.11 of the Revised Code.
