Effective: September 23, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 562 - 127th General Assembly With the approval of the superintendent of insurance, sections 3925.06 to 3925.09 and 3925.20 of the Revised Code shall not apply to a domestic insurance company that qualifies as a foreign country branch of a United States company that writes policies exclusively in countries other than the United States if those other countries have laws pertaining to insurance company investments and the foreign country branch is required to comply with those laws.
