Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Within thirty days after any consolidation of insurance companies authorized by section 3925.27 of the Revised Code, a certificate shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state, setting forth the fact of such consolidation and the name and organization adopted thereby.
