Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Policies or contracts of insurance made or entered into by a company may be made either with or without its seal. They shall be subscribed by the president of said company, or such other officer as the directors designate for that purpose, and shall be attested by the secretary. When such policies or contracts are subscribed and attested, they shall be obligatory on the company.
