Effective: July 31, 1969 Latest Legislation: House Bill 465 - 108th General Assembly The superintendent of insurance or any person designated by him may visit and examine into the operation of the Ohio fair plan underwriting association and shall have free access to all the books, records, files, papers, and documents that relate to the operation of the association, and may summon, qualify, and examine as witnesses all persons having knowledge of such operations, including officers, agents, or employees thereof.
