Effective: January 5, 1988 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 117th General Assembly The superintendent of insurance or any person designated by him may at any time visit and examine the operation and experience of the association and shall have free access to all the books, records, files, papers, and documents that relate to the operation of the association, and may summon, qualify, and examine as witnesses all persons having knowledge of such operations, including its officers, agents, or employees.
