Effective: January 1, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 339 - 133rd General Assembly Whoever violates sections 3931.01 to 3931.12, inclusive, of the Revised Code, or fails to comply with any duty imposed by such sections, for which violation or failure no penalty is otherwise provided by law, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
