Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The superintendent of insurance, upon the conviction of any agent for a violation of sections 3933.01 to 3933.03, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall revoke the license of such agent, and no license shall be granted to such agent for a period of three years after such revocation.
