Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Every member or subscriber to a rating organization shall adhere to the filings made on its behalf by such organization except that any such insurer may file with the superintendent of insurance a uniform percentage decrease or increase to be applied to the premiums produced by the rating system so filed for a kind of insurance for a class of insurance which is found by the superintendent to be a proper rating unit for the application of such uniform percentage decrease or increase, or for a subdivision of a kind of insurance comprised of a group of manual classifications which is treated as a separate unit for rate making purposes, or for which separate expense provisions are applicable.When such deviation is filed, it shall become effective immediately and shall be deemed to comply with sections 3937.01 to 3937.17, inclusive, of the Revised Code, unless disapproved by the superintendent as provided in section 3937.04 of the Revised Code. When such filing is not accompanied by the information upon which the insurer supports such deviation and the superintendent does not have sufficient
