Effective: January 1, 1970 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 334 - 108th General Assembly No insurer on its application for an automobile insurance policy shall require the applicant to disclose any refusal or cancellation of automobile insurance other than a cancellation in accord with section 3937.31 of the Revised Code, and according to the procedure required in sections 3937.32 and 3937.33 of the Revised Code.
