Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The certificate required by section 3939.02 of the Revised Code shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state. A copy thereof, certified by him, shall be evidence of the existence and incorporation of the association for the purposes therein named.
