Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A foreign mutual company shall be admitted to transact the kinds of insurance authorized by its charter or articles of incorporation to the extent and with the privileges and powers permitted by law to domestic mutual companies when such company is solvent and shall transact its business according to the requirements of law applicable to like domestic mutual insurance companies.
