Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No retaliatory law of this state, relating to insurance companies, shall apply to any mutual company organized under the laws of any state which has a similar law exempting mutual fire insurance companies from the retaliatory laws of such state.
