Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The laws of this state governing corporations and the laws relating to insurance, to the extent they are applicable to any mutual companies and not in conflict with sections 3941.01 to 3941.34, inclusive, of the Revised Code, are hereby made specifically applicable to such mutual companies.
