Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Upon request of the depositing domestic mutual fire insurance company, the superintendent of insurance shall certify under the seal of his office to the insurance department of any other state, or to any other interested person, to the fact of such deposit, and the amount and description of the securities on deposit.
