Effective: November 21, 1969 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 433 - 108th General Assembly Licenses to do business as an insurer in this state held by any of the constituent companies of a merger or consolidation consummated pursuant to this chapter shall be transferred to or continued in the name of the surviving or resulting company. If the superintendent believes the surviving or resulting company is not entitled to any of such licenses, he shall follow the procedures for revocation or suspension thereof.
