Effective: September 4, 1970 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1121 - 108th General Assembly The Ohio insurance guaranty association is subject to examination and regulation by the superintendent of insurance. The association shall submit in a form approved by the superintendent, not later than the thirtieth day of March of each year, a financial report for the preceding calendar year.
