Effective: November 20, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 89 - 118th General Assembly The Ohio life and health insurance guaranty association is subject to examination and regulation by the superintendent of insurance. The board of directors shall submit to the superintendent each year, not later than four months after the end of the association's fiscal year, a financial report in a form approved by the superintendent and a report of its activities during the preceding fiscal year.
