Effective: December 2, 1996 Latest Legislation: House Bill 670 - 121st General Assembly If the superintendent of insurance denies the application for license, the superintendent shall promptly notify the applicant of the denial and the reasons for the denial within thirty days of the date the application is denied by the superintendent. The notice shall advise the applicant of the applicant's right to request a hearing within thirty days from the date of the mailing of the notice.
