Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 490 - 124th General Assembly Any person who, while licensed as an administrator, is convicted of a felony, shall report the conviction to the superintendent of insurance within thirty days of the entry date of the judgment of conviction. Within that thirty-day period, the person shall also provide the superintendent with a copy of the judgment, the commitment order or the order imposing a community control sanction, and any other relevant documents.As used in this section, 'community control sanction' has the same meaning as in section 2929.01 of the Revised Code.
