Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No insurance company, corporation, or association authorized to transact business in this state shall purport to make known its financial standing by advertisement, public announcement, or by making or issuing a circular or card, which fails to correspond, in all the particulars which it so purports to make known, with the last preceding verified statement made by it to the insurance department of any state.
