Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No officer, director, or stockholder of a company organized under the laws of this state to do the business of life, accident, or health insurance, either on the stock, mutual, stipulated premiums, assessment, or fraternal plan, shall violate or consent to a violation of any law governing or forbidding the reinsurance of the risks, or any part thereof, or the consolidation of such company with any other company or association, or the assumption of reinsurance of the whole or any portion of the risks of another company by such company.
