Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No officer or agent of a corporation, company, or association organized under the laws of any other state of the United States to transact the business of life or accident insurance or life and accident insurance on the assessment plan, shall violate or fail to comply with any law relating to such corporation, company, or association.
