Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No company organized under the laws of this state for the special purpose of insuring against accidental personal injury and loss of life sustained while traveling by railroad, steamboat, or other mode of conveyance, against accidental personal injury and loss of life sustained by accident of every description, and against expenses and lost of time occasioned by injury or sickness, on such terms, and for such periods of time, and confined to such countries and localities and to such persons as from time to time may be provided in the bylaws of such company, or any officer of such company, shall violate any law relating to such company.
