Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 4101.15 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than one thousand dollars for a first offense; for each subsequent offense such person shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five thousand dollars.
