Effective: October 15, 1965 Latest Legislation: House Bill 636 - 106th General Assembly Sections 4104.01 to 4104.20, inclusive, of the Revised Code do not affect the rights of municipal corporations under section 715.44 of the Revised Code insofar as such section provides for the regulation of the installation and inspection of boilers and boiler plants for the purpose of the prevention of the emission of smoke.
