Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The owner or user of any boiler required by sections 4104.01 to 4104.20 of the Revised Code, to be inspected, shall immediately notify the superintendent of industrial compliance in case a defect affecting the safety of the boiler is discovered. The owner or user of any stationary boiler required by such sections to be inspected, who moves the same, shall report to the superintendent the new location of the boiler. Such boiler shall be inspected before it is again operated.
