Effective: November 5, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 183 - 125th General Assembly A person who inspects the installation of or witnesses the testing of any nonflammable medical gas and vacuum piping system shall be certified to do so pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code.
